Litigation is expensive, time consuming, and aggravating. In litigation, the result will depend on what a particular judge thinks about your situation on a particular day. I have experience as a mediator for the EEOC, and I have been on the staff of the Maryland Bar Association's Mediator Training School. I am a trained and certified collaborative law attorney.
